Bauer Fly-X blades are compatible with the Sparx Sharpener.  To utilize our standard blade holder for this type of steel it's important to note that while the blade holder may only slightly secure the steel and might not feel very tight, as long as the steel is clamped onto the metal jaws, there should be no issue during sharpening. This is attributed to the unique design on the top of the steel.
