In order to properly charge BEAM, you must use a power adapter (brick) that provides either 2.0 or more Amps or 10W of power. Usually this information is included on the power adapter itself of the power adapter packaging.
Please note that when BEAM is on the charger and charging, the RED Sparx “burst” will be “pulsing” slowly. When charging is complete, the left and right LEDs will be bright GREEN and the RED Sparx Burst will be solid RED.
The BEAM charging pad should be illuminated green and solid when BEAM is on the charger (as shown below). The charing pad should NOT be flashing green.
If the charging pad is flashing green, please readjust your BEAM on the charging pad until the LED is solid green.
