How do I initiate a Grinding Ring return?Updated 9 months ago

In order to return your Sparx™ Grinding Ring please head to our Return/Exchange portal to receive a return merchandise authorization number ("RMA") and shipping instructions. 

Within ten (10) days after receiving your RMA, you must deliver the Product (with prominent indication of the RMA) to Sparx Hockey (or as otherwise provided in our shipping instructions).

Please be aware that returns are only allowed within 30 days of the order's ship date and are limited to products purchased directly through the Sparx Hockey website.

Sparx Grinding Rings (Radius Ring or FIRE Ring) cannot be returned (and no refund will be made) after they have been used. The Starter Pack is only eligible for return in full, including all three Rings.

Only unused Grinding Rings or the complete Starter Pack can be returned.
