How do I initiate a return?Updated 22 days ago

In order to initiate a return please head to our Return/Exchange portal to receive a return merchandise authorization number ("RMA") and shipping instructions. 

Within ten (10) days after receiving your RMA, you must deliver the Product (with prominent indication of the RMA) to Sparx Hockey (or as otherwise provided in our shipping instructions).

Once the Product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, we will reimburse you for the price you paid for the returned Product (less a 20% restocking fee and excluding all shipping costs) no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned Product accompanied by the applicable RMA.

Sparx Grinding Rings (Radius Ring or FIRE Ring) cannot be returned (and no refund will be made) after they have been used. The Starter Pack is only eligible for return in full, including all three Rings.

Only unused Grinding Rings or the complete Starter Pack can be returned.
