How do I initiate a Sharpener return?Updated 9 months ago

In order to return your Sparx™ Skate Sharpener please head to our Return/Exchange portal to receive a return merchandise authorization number ("RMA") and shipping instructions. 

Within ten (10) days after receiving your RMA, you must deliver the Product (with prominent indication of the RMA) to Sparx Hockey (or as otherwise provided in our shipping instructions).

Once the Product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, we will reimburse you for the price you paid for the returned Product (less a 20% restocking fee and excluding all shipping costs) no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned Product accompanied by the applicable RMA.
