THIS MODE IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MOST SPARX SHARPENER USERS. 

By using Ultra Precision Mode (UPM), you will experience more frequent recommendations for "Fix Edges" due to a tighter tolerance on the "Green Zone" in BEAM results.

Fixing edges more often will result in:

• Quicker depletion of Grinding Ring life
• Additional time required to complete a sharpening
• "Chasing" a perfect (.0000") reading that may not be achievable due to typical variations in skate steel, skate construction, the sharpening process, and repeatability of measurements.
  

PLEASE NOTE - An edge height difference of 1/10,000th of an inch (.0001") is undetectable by any level skater, including top NHL players.
