This can happen if the connection between your phone and the Sharpener is interrupted during the update or if your Wi-Fi or cell signal is weak during the update.&#xA0;<hr>How to Fix It:<ol><li style="font-family: Inter; font-size: 16px;">Close the Sparx Hockey App (not just minimize, but close).</li><li style="font-family: Inter; font-size: 16px;">Turn the sharpener off for 5 seconds, then power back on.</li><li style="font-family: Inter; font-size: 16px;">Ensure good Wi-Fi or cell signal on your phone. Weak signal will cause the 90 error to keep showing.</li><li style="font-family: Inter; font-size: 16px;">Open app and connect to sharpener. Stay in the app during the update. Don&#x2019;t let your phone screen go to sleep or switch to other apps.</li><li style="font-family: Inter; font-size: 16px;">Keep the phone close to the sharpener during the update.
